| Abstract | The aim of the present study is to discuss the role of the scientific knowledge to physical education. The scope of this discussion will be about physical education and its thematization object and pedagogical intervation, that is, the corporal culture. We begin from the concept that the established senses to the signification of the knowledge of corporal culture are confirmed actually on a ideological/ philosophical/ epistemological basis that reproduce the valid social model, that is, an empirical ontology that contribute to the maintenance of the capital’s sociability. We defend the modification on meanings of the corporal culture on physical education extent, so that we can turn it into an element that contributes to the establishment of modifications on the actual social reality |
