| Abstract | ALFANDIO GRASHELDI. Development Guidelines and Usability Evaluation of Indonesian B2C E-commerce Website Based on Four Perspective User Types. Supervised by FIRMAN ARDIANSYAH. Indonesia have a lot of potential to become the largest market growth in B2C e-commerce in Southeast Asia nowadays. In order to produce a B2C e-commerce websites both in terms of comfort and trust, this research aims to develop usability guidelines for four user types perspective, such as browser, evaluator, transactor, and customer. Development of usability guidelines using 22 references, produced 332 guidelines that are grouped into 47 categories. The guidelines used in evaluating the usability on three B2C e-commerce websites in Indonesia, which are Lazada, Blibli, and MatahariMall. The average percentage of guidelines that have been applied to the three websites is 80% for the browser user type, 74% for the evaluator user type, 81% for the transactor user type, and 80% for the customer user type. The fulfillment of guidelines on those three websites are dominant on the user types of browser, transactor, and customer. |
