| Abstract | This paper seeks to develop an analytical tool that fosters an understanding of strategic behavior can be adopted by taxpayers. First, we analyze concepts related to game theory and vision of the principal authors of the areas law and economics. Next, we studied competitive strategies, market structures in equilibrium, especially oligopoly and duopoly, and exposed some questions about ethics, justice, efficiency, morality and institutions. It brings up an overview of legal aspects involving the theme of social security contributions and withholding tax and, from that, there is of course what would be more advantageous for an employer to evade the statute Brazilian light. A hypothetical case study is presented based on the Theory of Games. Finally, to show the final considerations about this work. |
