| Abstract | The general aim of this investigation is to study how High School students deal with non-routine discursive Math questions in an assessment situation. In this analysis, we focused the student�s interpretation of the question directions, the strategies they use to solve it. Taking into consideration the similarities found in the students� resolutions, they were grouped according to the strategies adopted. It was possible to verify the strategies used and that some students related the context in which the question was presented to other context or information. |
