| Abstract | The failure of didactic contract was considered as a hypothesis to explain the behavior of the pupils’ disorders in class of mathematics. The following questions were asked: On what content was working pupil at the time where his behavior has become unacceptable? What habits and what rules were developed by the pupil no longer work? Mediations will take place in two classes of children’s of 6-7 years old for the year 2010-2011. The mediations analysis shows that one of issue of the mathematics’ teaching is to develop a numerical or a geometrical judgment to facilitate the way between the pupils’ role and the learners’ role because this judgment diminish the elaboration of non-mathematical rules. |
