| Abstract | The nutritionist should be able to be an entrepreneur in accordance with the curriculum requirements of the undergraduate courses in Brazilian nutrition. However, there is a little offer of disciplines of entrepreneurship on courses of health area. One of the ways to learn and to develop on this area, is participating of Juniors Enterprises (JE), they are a non-profit civil social organization, formed and managed exclusively by undergraduate, providing consulting and advisory services in the area where the JE is bound. The JEs form the Juniors Entrepreneurs Movement, and, actually, are present in 26 countries, distributed in four continents. The Movement’s mission is make, through the business experience, entrepreneurs committed and capable to transform the country. The Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul has 14 JE, being one of those on Nutrition Course: Centro de Empreendimentos em Alimentação e Nutrição (CEANUT). The CEANUT works with service on food and nutrition area. The JE has, through its activities, especially on services, a receipt of that have to be used mainly for the development of its members. The statute of CEANUT, the duties of the Quality and Human Resources Director, have an obligation to organize training programs for the development of the team, face to face as well distance courses, also provide paid classes, as a way to use the financial resources of the company to invest in developing people. The objective of this final course work was describe the process of creation of a training program for the executive directors of the company. The methodology of this research was a studied case. There was founded seven entities to support the development of entrepreneurial skills. Seven of those offer distance courses. In all, were found 65 free distances courses and 26 paid. It was found that it ́s possible to use free and distance courses, in majority, to realize the training program. The program has 12 weeks and was planned from the entrepreneurial competences by each director positions of CEANUT. |
