| Abstract | The present article aims to present part of the results obtained with the research done for the Final Project of a student of the production engineering course of a federal institution. The study investigated how gender relations influence the work activities of production engineers trained at CEFET / RJ UNED Nova Iguacu. The research is qualitative, eight production engineers were interviewed within the desired profile. The qualitative analyzes of the interviews gave rise to the conclusions about the influences of the gender issues in the professional trajectory and in the activities of the engineers. At the end of the article are put the suggestions of initiatives that contribute to the fight against oppressions in the work environment, which were presented in defense of the Final Project. |
