| Abstract | Interest in the subject "beginner teachers and their continued training to work in the literacy classes" is the result of professional work of the authors of this article for more than two years in literacy cycle of the schools full time FTE making up the Municipal Network Teaching REME Campo Grande MS. In Schools Full-Time TSI REME Campo Grande MS, during the school year, teachers participate in different activities of Continuing Education offered by the management team and technical school, but also by the Municipal Education SEMED.
