| Abstract | The thesis entitled: The influence of motivation on the entrepreneurial capacities of the first year of high school students, educational institution Maria's presentation, Comas 2017, had as general objective to determine the influence of the motivation on the entrepreneurial capacities of the students of the first Year of high school, educational institution Presentation of María, Comas 2017. The research carried out was a quantitative approach, of applied type and explanatory level, with a quasi-experimental design, while the method adopted was the hypothetical deductive. The population consisted of 60 students, a sample of non-probabilistic type was used and the selected sample of 30 students was of intentional type, that is to say it was considered according to the objectives of the researcher. A questionnaire of entrepreneurial abilities of secondary students was applied, so that the reliability of the instrument was measured with Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α), obtaining a reliability (0.899), while the validity of the instrument was verified by the technique of Judgment of experts of the UCV. Contrast of the general hypothesis, according to the statistical analysis of comparison performed through the U Mann Withney Statistical Test, it was found that in the posttest phase the development of motivation in the achievement of entrepreneurial abilities is high (66.7%), In the students of the first year of high school, educational institution Presentation of Maria, Comas 2017; Thus, scores between the control and experimental groups differ significantly (U = 17,500, Z = 4,198, p = .000 <.05). |
