| Abstract | To start on the focus research of this inquiry, we need to know the academic thoughts that have arisen around this issue, for which it is investigated in several books and articles of recognized advertisers, providing testimony and opinion about festivals advertising awards. In addition, much of festivals investigated worldwide, but especially in Latin America, where Spanishspeaking countries expose their thoughts and ideas to the world. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the problem of obtaining employment upon completion or attending the career, fulfilling several objectives that align with the main objective that is to seek the feasibility for the creation of student advertising awards in the local environment that are actually taken into account by the jobs, providing motivation for students to participate, and a boost to the employment exchange. For the study, experts and students engaged in festivals awards, using surveys and interviews to determine the feasibility from the student side and the labor side. With students, interested in participation was defined by skills, whereas respondents, the feasibility and the differentiating factor that can make this festival fulfills its objective is to encourage the hiring of young talented defined. The interpretation of the data found after the use of tools chosen for the research, culminating in the focus of research and provide the resource of knowledge to finally know if this type of competition may be feasible in the Ecuadorian market, opening the door to a expanding communications field, and looking for that practice is the main learning resource for careers as Advertising. |
