| Abstract | DelaMar Resort is a project that grew out of the need to satisfy the unmet demand in Las Nunez beach, in Spondylus Route. Demand that every year will increase at an accelerated level since the country is strongly encouraged to tourism. This beach is a great place to exploit tourism, since it has an exceptional weather and incomparable scenery, which would be enjoyed by local and foreign visitors. Today our country, Ecuador, has a higher level of domestic and international tourism. This is due to its tropical weather, diverse flora and fauna, beautiful landscapes and excellent geographical location. All these factors make our beaches distinguished by its uniqueness and extraordinary beauty, thus becoming a country with great tourism potential. This project will examine the feasibility of creating DelaMar Resort in Las Nunez beach based on the results of the market survey and the projected cash flow of the company, using skills previously obtained in ESPOL. |
