| Abstract | A descriptive study of p53, BCL-2, Ki-67, C-MYC and cyclin D1 immunohistochemical expression in 40 cervical squamous cell carcinoma using tissue arrays, was carried out. The data obtained were related with some clinical and morphological parameters as tumor size, vessel, uterine body and parametrial invasion, and lymph node metastases. The results show only relation between cyclin D1 expression and uterine body invasion. Then, the relationship between C-MYC and Ki-67 expression, between C-MYC and cyclin D1 expression, and between cyclin D1 and Ki-67LI, was observed. These results are discussed. |
