The methodologicalstepsof: a) study the qualityofdeathstatistics , b ) applying the statisticalmethodof linear regressionanalysistoassess the degreeofrelationshipthat the explanatoryfactorschosen for the studyhave with Tuberculosismortality. It wasconcludedthat some socioeconomicfactors, occupationanddiseasessuch as HIV and pneumonia showed a significantrelationship with mortalityfromtuberculosis in Northeastern Brazil.
