| Abstract | When reading about the incidence of depression in the world's population today, it lets us arise an interest to study this disorder from a subjective and psychoanalytic dimension, specifically inquiring about some subjective elements of depression in a group of people from a Freudian perspective, taking as categories of analysis the object loss, feelings of guilt and narcissism. To do this, it was conducted an exploratory, transversal and qualitative study, implementing case analysis through semi-structured interviews with 4 patients who have had a depressive disorder, relatives were also interviewed who delved into the information required. As main conclusion, it is deduced that in the depressive disorder of each one of the subjects are involved elements of object loss, feelings of guilt and narcissism. These elements are particularly evidence in each subject, which demonstrates the complexity of human beings and the difficulty in establishing general or universal deductions from the field of psychoanalysis and psychology. |
