| Abstract | This project aimed to develop a Safety Management System and Health based on minimum health and safety standards of the Ministerio de Trabajo, in the company EL ARROZAL Y CIA SCA, belonging to the food sector work, this is He made in order to eliminate or mitigate the risks to which employees are exposed and likewise a more competent organization. The field work was necessary at the time to assess the risks based on these results all the assessment and verification procedures, programs, protocols, manuals and corrective plans in order to establish a monitoring and control for the continuous improvement of established Safety Management System and Occupational Health. |
