| Abstract | The main objective of the research work titled workshop of communicative strategies in the social skills of a 2016 Educational Institution was to determine the effect of the workshop of communicative strategies on the social skills of students of fourth year of high school in I. Nicolás Copernicus UGEL 05 of the district of San Juan de Lurigancho-2016, to complement his training in social skills and abilities, which were lacking before the application of the workshop; Also under the support of the different dimensions has been achieved significantly the result with the experimental group. For this experimental research has been worked with a sample equal to the population because it is very small, being favorable the separation in the two groups, one of control and the other experimental; Where the inferential statistic was applied with a 95% confidence in the non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test, both for the control group and experimental in the pre and post test, where the study dimensions were social skills , This workshop is based on self-knowledge, empathy, assertive communication and interpersonal relationship, which was integrated to meet the objectives. Finally the statistical results were obtained in both groups of studies, resulting in the pre-test, ie a homogeneity of previous knowledge, in which their means were very similar and of positive difference, in the post test, it was able to determine that With the greatest difference in the experimental group, where the results of specific and general hypotheses were shown to be very positive in the acquisition of social skills. |
