| Abstract | Interaction of electrodes consisting o f perovskite-like rare earth elements (REE) and strontium cobaltites with Bio.7 5 Yo.2 5Oj 5 solid electrolyte has been studied. Formation o f solid solutions L a ,_ t _vS r ,B ivC o 0 1_ A (jc = 0 -0 .5 ; y = 0 -0 .1 ) as well as (B i , _ tCor) , _ vY vO, 5 (* = 0 -0 .4 ; >’ = 0 -0 .2 5 ) can occur in the diffusion layer between cobaltite electrodes and B i20 3-based solid electrolytes. The crystal structure, electrical conductivity and oxygen permeability o f these solid solutions have been investigated. It has been found that the values o f the conductivity and oxygen permeability o f L a(Sr,B i)C o(), л solid solutions decrease with increasing bismuth content. The results o f the investigation o f polarization resistance of oxide electrodes in contact with B i0 75Y H2 5O, 5 solid electrolyte are presented. |
