| Abstract | The current study was done to identify the relation among self-leadership, resilience and career self-efficacy in nursing students. The participants were nursing students, located in D city and C province in Chungnam, Korea. They agree to participate in research self reported structured questionnaire from 150 students. Career self-efficacy appeared to be a difference in accordance with gender (t=2.84, p=.005), religion (t=-2.95, p=.007), and academic performance (F=4.42, p=.014). The relationship between self-leadership and resilience fined out a significantly positive correlation (r=.22, p=.006). Also, it is positively correlated with career self-efficacy (r=.54, p<.001). Because of the nature of the nursing department, there are many classes in teams. As many nursing students experience the role of a leader, the higher the self-leadership was found to be the more self-efficacy of career. This study confirmed the direction for enhancing resilience and career self-efficacy. Moreover, we should required the development of self leadership improvement program. |
