| Abstract | The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of air-drying temperature on fatty acids profile of Aphanothece microscopica Nageli microalgae and to study the effect of these parameters on the quality characteristics of the dehydrated biomass. Biomass production was carried out from wastewater of the process of rice parboiling using a bubble column bioreactor. The biomass was separated from the effluent by centrifugation and dehydrated in a tray dryer at different drying conditions. |
