| Abstract | Objective: To determine the feasibility and the benefits it brings labor integration of people with disabilities in their productive activities. Method: It was used a mixed design: actionresearch based qualitative exploratory and quantitative descriptive. Using a structured questionnaire, 348 workers of the company SCM Costume Jewelry Yobel were surveyed Results: 61% workers believe that there are no impediments to hiring people with disabilities. 70% of respondents state that the main benefit is to improve the image of the company organizational SCM Yobel SA Costume Jewelry., Corroborating that would be classified as a socially responsible company. Conclusion: Labour integration of people with disabilities in the production system of the company Yobel SCM Costume Jewelry will bring tax, economic benefits and social responsibility image. |
