Abstract	Organizations must offer their workers working conditions that are commensurate to their needs and ensure the stable quality of working life, so that they feel satisfied. The job satisfaction is the key element of the quality of working life. This research was General Purpose analyze the quality of working life of people with disabilities included in a company engaged in the wholesale distribution of hardware located in Valencia Edo Carabobo. Taking as a theoretical reference the factors that affect the quality of working life referred by Chiavenato (2008) citing Walton (1975). It is a descriptive field study, the study population consisted of twenty (22) workers with disabilities. An interview was applied to Staff Coordinator in order to obtain their views on the factors that impact the quality of working life offered and an instrument that consisted of a Likert questionnaire, taken as a reference to an earlier study, which was it validated by the trial of three (3) experts and the reliability was assessed through consistency coefficient Internal Alpha Cronbach, resulting in high reliability, then tabulating the results of the interpretation and analysis was conducted where results They threw the conclusion that workers with disabilities have a highly positive level of satisfaction with 74.35% indicating that they are fully satisfied as to the factors that affect their quality of working life. So it is recommended to upgrade, maintain and improve the quality of life of the employees with disabilities included in order to maintain and improve satisfaction levels.
