| Abstract | A violencia no Brasil acomete principalmente as comunidades mais vulneraveis. Neste estudo, focou-se a discussao do imigrante como pessoa em situacao de vulnerabilidade no contexto sociologico e historico da cidade de Sao Paulo. Este estudo tem por objetivo evidenciar e discutir a violencia ocorrida com os imigrantes na cidade de Sao Paulo no periodo de 1910 a 1950. Foram observados Laudos de Corpo de Delito do acervo de Instituto Medico Legal de Sao Paulo. Coletaram-se as informacoes: ano de ocorrencia, numero do laudo, tipo de laudo, idade, genero e nacionalidade da vitima. Os imigrantes sofreram mais pela violencia que os demais principalmente ao entrarem no pais. Para pessoas nao brasileiras, predominou os laudos de italianos nos anos de 1910 e 1915, portugueses ate 1925 e leste europeu de 1925 a 1940. O percentual de lesoes autoprovocadas e alto para os alemaes e imigrantes do leste europeu. A analise comprova que os imigrantes foram mais acometidos por agressoes e acidentes do que as demais pessoas da cidade. The violence in Brazil occurs to the vulnerably communities. In this study we focused the immigrant as vulnerable people and its integration in sociologic and historic contexts in Sao Paulo city. This study had the objective of describing the violence to immigrants in Sao Paulo city in the period 1910 - 1950. The present study was conducted in Instituto Medico Legal de Sao Paulo. The data was collected from the reports and the variables were: year of the occurrence, report' number, type, age, sex and nationality. The immigrants suffered more than the Brazilian people, at worst, when they arrived in Brazil. The highest number of lesions occurs to foreign people, to the Italians 1910-1915, Portuguese until 1925 and East Europeans to 1925-1940. The number of self-inputted lesions was high the Germans and people from East Europe. This analysis discus the immigration as historic and sociologic process and show the immigrants were vulnerable and suffered more body' lesions and accidents than local people. |
