| Abstract | This article examines the impact of TIC (Technologies Information and communication) in primary and secondary education in the European context, especially looking at the Spanish educational context in relation to other countries. The results point to reveal the technology gap that has in some European countries than in others and raises strategies and proposals that may contribute to the idea of integrating TIC in the education process seeking to generate new opportunities and new learning environments for teaching that students take a more active role and autonomous in the learning process. |
