| Abstract | This research focuses on the issue of leadership of the principal, therefore has the general objective: To analyze the relevance of the leadership of this transformer axis as school management. It is a qualitative research type, based on the hermeneutic phenomenological method from the humanistic concepts. The city of Antioch was Caucasia- the application context in which it was found that all governing speak of humanistic leadership but this is not seen in the institutional reality, educational institutions are focusing on training to achieve high scores on external tests , giving less importance to be. One conclusion is that turning sideways humanist perspective can enhance the quality of education because when formed in the development of being, you will get a better citizen and society benefits as well. |
