It is conducted perfunctorily because the participation subjects are not teachers who want to spontaneously get consulting supervision, but newly appointed teachers or inexperienced teachers. In contrast, Lesson Study contains the virtuous circle where voluntary teachers actively participate in the process such as planning, observing, discussing, and sharing process. This paper insists that the consulting supervision be conducted based on each unit school for the spontaneous participation of teachers, and that the consulting supervision system have research meetings on class work for entire teachers and the helpful constitution which substantially helps teachers in classes. |
