| Abstract | espanolEl presente articulo indaga en la cuestion del objeto dinamico de Charles S. Peirce, su definicion como aquello que es independiente de las representaciones y la aparente contradiccion que presenta este concepto con el cuestionamiento que el mismo autor lleva adelante del hecho positivista entendido como un objeto puramente observable y objetivo. La reflexion incluye la puesta en dialogo de la semiotica pragmatica peirceana con las interpretaciones de esas teorias por parte de Nathan Houser, Eliseo Veron y Hugo Mancuso, y el analisis de la construccion de la teoria atomica a lo largo del siglo XIX, como ilustracion de la dinamica entre imaginacion y evidencia empirica. El caso pone a prueba conceptos discutidos a lo largo del trabajo tales como la semioticidad de los juicios perceptuales, el paradigma indicial aplicado a realidades intelectuales, el estatuto de la maxima pragmatica y el de la realidad. EnglishThis paper inquires about Peirce's dynamic object, its definition as the object as it is, independent of any representation of it and its apparent contradiction regarding the view of the positivist fact as an observable and objective object, which Peirce criticizes. These considerations include a dialogue between Peirce's pragmatic semeiotics and its interpretations by Nathan Houser, Eliseo Veron and Hugo Mancuso, and the analysis of the construction of the atomic theory along the Nineteenth Century as an illustration of the dynamics between imagination and empirical evidence. The case puts to test the concepts discussed throughout the work such as the semeioticism of perceptual judgements, the indicial paradigm applied to intellectual realities, the statute of the pragmatic maxim and that of reality. |
