| Abstract | We have developed a highly effective copper-catalyzed decarboxylative coupling of alkynylcarboxylic acids with various aryl and alkyl halides at 2 mol% loading of copper. This method is simple, economical and practical for the synthesis of disubstituted alkyne compounds. |
