Abstract	The condition of shortcomings and indifference to the financial management of students is generally caused by a lack of financial knowledge. Lack of knowledge can cause problems in financial decision making every day. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the knowledge of Finance and Demography (Sex, Semester and Study Program) has a significant influence both simultaneously and partially to Student Financial Management Behavior. The populations in this study are students in Surabaya. Samples were chosen based on certain criteria by purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is the primary data obtained from questionnaires and survey results. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the calculation and the results of the hypothesis is known that Financial Knowledge has a significant positive influence on student financial management behavior and Demographic Factors (Sex, Semester and Study Program) have a positive effect on student financial management behavior. Among the independent variables that gave the most dominant contribution to student financial management behavior were genders 1.02 percent higher than other independent variables.
