| Abstract | This paper analyzes the involvement of organizational teams in the mapping of processes of a secretariat of distance education from a federal university brasileira, seeking to understand how this involvement occurred. As for the methodological classification, the research is characterized as applied, qualitative and was conducted through a case study, having interviews as a data collection instrument. The analysis of the collected data allowed to examine how the process mapping happened; integration between people and processes; and efficiency in the development of activities. It was possible to verify that the participation of the team of collaborators was of extreme importance, making possible the effectiveness of the mapping of processes in the secretariat of distance education. |
