| Abstract | Proposal: Presenting the methods employed for building design companies to evaluating of contractor client satisfaction. Methods: Two cases studies in architecture design companies of Sao Paulo city are been presented. Findings: In a company, the method includes evaluating items, which are attributed weight and they produces a score. Another company employs questions and alternatives of responses. Originality/value: The methods presented can be adapted and applied in various design companies – architecture, structure, building installations, among others – because the methods considers the project as a service. Evaluating the satisfaction of contractor client can generate a feedback to the tendering of building design service and it produces improvements in the service. |
