| Abstract | This project aims to analyze the market for ice cream and test the performance of an ice cream shop with some characteristics that differ from those commonly known in Guayaquil, the same as those listed below. Build an ice cream shop that is characterized by the experience it provides to its customers, set in the United States in the 50’s, the era that gave birth to Rock and Roll, when customers enter the premises ,they will be transported to a kind of scene from Grease, without music, but with all the elements of the time. There will also be an area that includes interactive tables where people can prepare their ice cream according to taste and place their orders. Additionally, the ice cream will be available from 13:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday and from 12:00 to 20:00 Saturday to Sunday; since the ice cream shop will have a theme it can be used for thematic meetings that are now fashionable between the target market we want to reach. These are essentially the characteristics that target the proposed ice cream shop to the middle and upper-status classes. |
