| Abstract | This project has a business plan for the implementation of a small company dedicated to the production and marketing of industrial footwear in the city of Guayaquil, revealing strengths and weaknesses of the product on the market. It describes the technical and administrative aspects of the business and marketingplan and income and expenses to be incurred to achieve an acceptable return for investors. In a world of globalization and innovation of products or services, you must be alert to the demands and expectations, for it is very important to ensure the success of companies make use of techniques and tools, market research is very important, along with a series of investigations such as: competition, distribution channels, where to buy the product, strong advertising campaigns, pricing, and others. Finally, for this study have been sources of information used both direct and indirect. The former have been contacts with companies in the footwear industry, producers and distributors of footwear in Guayaquil. The latter refers to studies previously conducted or sectoral notes. |
