| Abstract | EnglishThis study on strategies for the management of digital competences used byhigher education institutions is of great relevance since, with the ubiquity of ICTs, it becomesnecessary to encourage the use of critical, ethical and creative use of digital resources andtools, integrating new actions into the educational context. Thus, the article aims to identifywhich teaching and learning strategies higher education institutions are performing forstudent qualification in digital skills. In order to collect data, the study was carried out in twostages, the first one referring to exploratory searches, to identify models of digital skills,emphasizing the European Digital Competence Framework for Citizens DigComp 2.0. In asecond moment, the carrying out of searches in a systematic way, to identify teaching andlearning strategies. From the qualitative analysis between the similarities of the strategiesidentified, and the digital competences, it is possible to cross-cut these data, classifying theactions carried out by the academic centers, according to the five areas evidenced in theEuropean Framework. In this bias, the study demonstrated that the actions taken by highereducation institutions do not serve the areas of digital content creation and security,recommending new academic practices to overcome this gap portuguesEste estudo, sobre estrategias para gestao de competencias digitais utilizadas pelasinstituicoes de ensino superior, tem grande relevância uma vez que, com a onipresenca dasTecnologias da Informacao e Comunicacao –TIC – torna-se necessario o incentivo quanto aouso de forma critica, etica e criativa dos recursos e ferramentas digitais, integrando novasacoes ao contexto educacional. Assim, o artigo objetiva identificar quais estrategias deensino e de aprendizagem as instituicoes de ensino superior estao realizando paraqualificacao discente em competencias digitais. Para coleta de dados, realizou-se o estudoem duas etapas, sendo a primeira referente a buscas de forma exploratoria, paraidentificacao de modelos de competencias digitais, enfatizando-se o Quadro Europeu deCompetencias Digitais para os Cidadaos - DigComp 2.0. Em um segundo momento, arealizacao de buscas de forma sistematica, para identificar as estrategias de ensino e deaprendizagem aderidas pelas instituicoes de ensino superior para desenvolvimento dascompetencias digitais dos discentes. A partir da analise qualitativa entre as similaridades dasestrategias identificadas, e as competencias digitais, pode-se realizar cruzamento entre taisdados, classificando as acoes realizadas pelos centros academicos, de acordo com as cincoareas evidenciadas no Quadro Europeu.
