The species of white grubs found, and their relative occurrence were: Phyllophaga dentex (Bates) (27.0%), P. ravida (Blanch.) (27.1%), Cyclocephala lunulata (Burn) (19.9%), C. comata (Bates) (9.6%), C. lurida coahuilae (Bates) (4.8%), P. polyphylla (Bates) (4.1%), P. vetula (Horn) (3.1%), P. fulviventris (Moser) (2.7%), P. obsoleta (Blanch.)
