| Abstract | We aim through the representations of the lives of migrants quixadaenses on St. Paul understand the possible meanings of identifications and differences that are presented by oral testimony . In fact , we deal with subjects directly reminiscent of his native Quixada - Ce, a migration time , and Sao Paulo of the late twentieth century . Against this backdrop of memories , worlds and times which can unfold and reveal ? We used to do our work , oral history as methodology , however, the historic operation that may be of unknown event of a commonly perceived ? We believe that bringing to light stories of lives , histories experienced by these migrants quixadaenses , especially with the advent of Cultural History , will help to understand feelings, values and moments still concealed in the present. |
