| Abstract | The following document targets in the first place the context for IONet S.A.S., presented by a brief description of the commercial activities of the company followed by a broad record of the past actions of the company in the field of human development, information about its accelerated growth and its current development potential, later a diagnosis of the current situation of three aspects of human management is presented for: Hiring, training and compensation, enabling the identification of the opportunities for improvement in IONet S.A.S. within the previously mentioned aspects. After finishing the diagnosis, we will describe the findings, the implications over the current situation of the company and the opportunities for improvement in each case. Finally a proposal for implementing will be presented about the afore mentioned concepts and the element that compose them in order to make sustainable growth possible based in correct human resource management processes, taking into account the available methodologies, the characteristics of the company and more importantly the number one resource of the company: its people. All the process will be done based on the knowledge received during the study of the Masters in Business Administration form EAFIT University and consultants assigned by the University for this Work. |
