| Abstract | This work aimed at the development of guidelines and subsidies for the development of Surveillance in Occupational Health to populations exposed to pesticides, in order to contribute to the implementation of these actions by the Reference Centres in Occupational Health rural. Care has focused on the center of the municipality of Primavera do Leste - MT, with the intention that the results serve as references for the performance of other rural centers. The emphasis of the study was to treat the contents that may be useful to enhance the professional qualification of these centers. In this sense, the conceptual, operational and legal bases for the promotion, prevention, diagnosis, and care and health surveillance of workers exposed to pesticides have been addressed. Information about exposure to pesticides, their health effects, and the infrastructure of the county for care to the population exposed to these chemicals were pooled. From the diagnostic information and, above all , training needs expressed in the survey - with the technicians at the Center Spring East and other health professionals - are sufficient elements to support various training proposals . Proposals that contribute to enhance the performance of professionals in developing actions for health surveillance of populations exposed to pesticides. |
