| Abstract | The article deals with the concept of children and adolescents, with the March Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Law 8069 called the Child and Adolescent. Describes the fundamental rights as mechanisms for the full development of girls and boys. It addresses the right to health as a fundamental right of children and adolescents, highlighting the importance of its application with the standard, to protect against violations of the rights of girls and boys. The method of approach is deductive. The technical procedure is the monograph. With this study managed to obtain the result that to ensure the realization of the fundamental right to health of children and adolescents, it must be active participation of the family, society and state. |
