| Abstract | The Ministry of Justice held a public consultation and formulated a bill to establish a legal framework based on civil rights for the use of the internet. The main objective is to create a rights framework and responsibilities for using the web as well as the conditions to provide access to private data stored by the internet content providers. With this law, it is expected to improve the resolution of privacy-related conflicts and freedom of expression on the Internet, ensuring fundamental rights, rather than criminalize social practices disseminated or restrict rights. |
