| Abstract | RESUMEN: Se revisarán los modelos económicos aplicados en el período de dolarización en el Ecuador 2000-2017. Por un lado el llamado “neoliberalismo”2000-2006 y por otro el Socialismo del Siglo XXI que se puso en vigencia desde el 2007, bajo el gobierno del Econ. R. Correa. Asimismo, se examinarán los efectos de las políticas económicas en aspectos relacionados con pobreza, desigualdad, el incremento de la deuda y el aparecimiento de un sistema de corrupción, producto de la fragilidad del sistema. Palabras-Clave: Modelo económico, neoliberalismo, gobernanza y socialismo. ABSTRACT: The economic models applied in the period of dollarization in Ecuador 2000-2017 will be reviewed. On the one hand the so-called "neoliberalism" 20002006 and on the other the Socialism of the XXI Century that was put into effect since 2007, under the government of Econ. R. Correa. Likewise, the effects of economic policies will be examined in aspects related to poverty, inequality, the increase in debt and the appearance of a system of corruption, a product of the fragility of the system. |
