Seek what elements of improvement can be alternated under a full-range leadership model, thus fulfilling the objectives of minimizing work absences and rotations. Because it is constantly changing and administrations are modernizing according to the times, it is also essential to innovate the area of human talent, business managers have an internal management action plan or the best known processes Internal and open systems. Managers in addition to managing resources very well must have a good attitude, build trust, be a leader and know their environment to educate their workers to do a good job. If a worker does his job well, the goals and objectives imposed by the company are being met. The administration of human talent works with several theories that at some point characterizes with any company managing to determine results and a better performance which is the success of the companies. It can be leadership theory, empowerment theory, theory of total quality, participatory administration and kaizen, among others. By conditioning the elements of improvement in the organizational culture, the solid foundations of corporate values, beliefs, perceptions, norms and knowledge patterns are reinforced. |
