| Abstract | Este trabalho apresenta a sistematizacao de um conjunto de estudos e reflexoes empreendidos pela equipe Cefor PUC Minas, com a finalidade de elaborar diretrizes norteadoras de suas propostas e acoes de formacao continuada de professores da Educacao Basica, com o enfoque privilegiado do campo das Ciencias Humanas e Sociais. Essas reflexoes foram acompanhadas de um dialogo com dados levantados junto a professores das redes publicas de ensino de Minas Gerais, possibilitando identificar suas principais demandas de formacao. Abstract This work presents the systematization of a set of studies and reflections undertaken by Cefor PUC Minas, aiming to elaborate directions of its proposals and continuous training actions of elementary school teachers, with the privileged approach of Social and Human Sciences. These reflections had been followed by a dialogue about raised data with teachers from elementary school of Minas Gerais, making possible to identify their main demands of training.
