| Abstract | Various challenges faced by “Mekar Sai” Credit Union Bandarlampung are including the process of making most-updated data, the sorting process of participation level of the members and programs regarding members’ identification number precision. SiCundo.net application was made in order to suit the condition and needs of the union. Studies were done by using framework COBIT 4.1 while the data collections were done by interviews. The data processing of both methods used Maturity Model to provide definition and the understanding towards the Information and Technology executions. According to the study, "Mekar Sai" Credit Union Bandarlampung hit point of 2,3 (Repeatable but Intuitive), which means the implementation of the Information and Technology related in the union are identified and applied well. Significances of the audit and the findings may as well be used as recommendations towards a better Information and Technology management. |
