Abstract	BPPT & PM Salatiga is a company that already using the Information System. The Information System of BPPT & PM Salatiga requires evaluation in the operational costs and operational use in order to get more leverage. Evaluation is done using the COBIT 4.1 and measuring the level of the Maturity Models. Data was collected through interviews, observations and quetioners. Result showed that BPPT & PM Salatiga at the level of Initial/Ad Hoc. The result showed that BPPT & PM have not IT standard procedure to regulate the IT processes that are running.
