| Abstract | This end of course project evaluates, follow and aims to improve the On Time Delivery (OTD), from an oil and gas services company. In the current scenario of great competition, economic and political crisis in Brazil, it is necessary, to stay competitive and avoid losses, answer the most diversify requirements of customers. This requirement on the part of customers has increased and become increasingly hard, forcing the company to constantly improve on several levels, one of which is the delivery date on time. A major national carrier, the company's main customer, applies fines when deadlines are not met, so there is less space for delays in order to avoid fines and maintain a good image of the company in the market. Improvement actions are based on daily monitoring and use of engineering concepts and tools, such as the Pareto Diagram, a tool used to identify and prioritize problems. The base of the service provider where the project was carried out has as it's main activity the maintenance of submarine tools and equipment, such as: Subsea Xmas Tree, Wellhead, Production Adapter Base, Tubing Hanger, Tree Cap and Vertical Connection Module. The study is divided in four quarters, in each of these the OTD is analyzed, the problems are identified, and improvement actions are proposed. As results the project obtained a positive balance of the indicator, approximately 9%, and the reduction of costs related to services completed in arrears is estimated by the company an economy of 600 thousaund dollars, due to the reduction of fines resulting from services concluded after the deadline |
