| Abstract | This paper analyzes the results of a survey of small and medium sized companies located in the Spanish region of Galicia, about the adoption of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and its impact on firm performance and relationships with customers, suppliers and employees. The data show a positive relationship between investment and use of ICTs with firm performance and business relationships improvement. Teleworking adopter companies and high-ICT skilled companies have obtained better results with the use of ICTs. |
