| Abstract | Through a field survey, with qualitative approach, it was made an analysis, inside the public schools, aiming to verify if the pedagogical practices developed by the Physical Education teachers propitiated problem – situations and if their interventions were adequate to provide active participation of the students. It was reached a conclusion that, although the performed activities had benefited the presence of problem – situation, many of them were naturally present in the activities, and it was not the pedagogical practice responsible to generate this situation. It was realized, then, that, beyond providing problem – situations, there is the need of the teachers to be constantly aware to the behavior of the students to interfere in the suitable time and space. |
