| Abstract | The aim of this work is to propose a model of quality control system to textile industry. It is also shown the results of the model's application to a company in the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. At first, the quality and systems basic concepts are discussed and a sistems analysis methodology to quality is presented. Then, the work outlines the textile sector, it's production process and control quality stages in Brazil. Based on these data, a quality control systems model to the textile industry is proposed, and it's structures, processes and related activities are defined. Finally, this model's application to a company located in Joinville-SC-BR is presented and it's results are discussed. The proposed systems showed to be capable of wide application to other industrial sectors. |
