| Abstract | The research was framed in annalistic - descriptive study on the incidence of administrative management in the commitment of police human talent, in order to give a significant organizational development of the National Police of Ecuador contribution. The aim of the research is to contribute significantly to police personnel at all hierarchical and organizational levels within Ecuadorian territory. The focus of my study is quantitative, where the relationship between the two variables is: administrative management and the commitment of the police talent. This research begins with the identification of the problem of study, for which a preliminary field research in some police units in the city of Quito, in order to determine the problem promptly used. Then with the technical study the size of the sample under study emphasizes that so 400 respondents nationwide. The study is exploratory research in the literature where necessary to support the development of the thesis was collected, as is the research question, the content of information collection instrument that is the poll, and the method of analysis servery the effect. But fundamentally the literature helped us to have a wide range around the administration and the commitment of the people, which is put into practice in the operationalization of the variables, which determine the questions of diagnosis and management carried out and, the approach of the management proposal. For the analysis of information and data collected deductive, inductive and statistical methods they were used in order to go through a process of scientific research. The field research was made in various police units in the city of Quito, with the application of two types of surveys: the diagnostic and the management proposal, where a good deal of information regarding the incidence was obtained of these two variables, where it was determined that if there is a high incidence of administrative management in people, because the existing unease about this subject for police personnel was identified, highlighting the need to immediately implement new strategies organizational management took him as a cornerstone for human talent. The final formula applied in this study is: good organizational management + proper use of resources = Commitment. |
