| Abstract | The development of institutional assessment tools able to recognize the clients’ perception of higher education institutions is fundamentally important for the adequate provision of educational services. Starting from this premise, this paper presents an adaptation of the conceptual model of service quality, GAP model or educational evaluation in a graduate course of an institution of higher education in Guarapuava, Brazil. Specific objectives consist of discussing, briefly, the models of rating scales associated with the quality of graduate education, detailing the potential and limitations of this technique in recognizing the perceived quality of the students in the course studied. In its results, it was possible to identify well evaluated variables, as well as structure, processes and procedures that must be improved for the provision of forthcoming courses. It was also possible to be recognized, the groups with different trials and the attributes responsible for dissent, which serve as a parameter for prioritizing improvement opportunities. |
